These are nice feels so much better having these in your shoes

I bought these gel insoles to replace my old ones. They are comfy and don't have a strong odor due to the material. . I just wish the insoles were a bit thicker.The quality is good and they seem to stay in place but the soles could have had more gel and been thicker.

There are lifesavers for me!!!I have a bad lower back, and if I walk for more than 30-40 mins, I start feeling stubbing.I was once in a hunting trade show, and passed by a booth that sold these. The lady insisted on me trying one, I didn't want to insert one in my shoes, then give them back, she said it's ok. They were selling them at $40/pair, which didn't encourage me to even try them. Long story short, I put them on, and felt this amazing/weird feeling of someone walking on a liquid. I wasn't convinced this will do me any good, but just the feeling made me want to try "something different".I gave her the $40 bucks, and kept walking with my friend for the rest of the show. Maybe 30 minutes later, I realized that the stubbing (that I had before the inserting the insoles) was COMPLETELY GONE!!Guys, I swear to God no one if paying me for this review, this is my honest experience, and I truly hope people with bad back, or those who walk or stand for long hours will benefit from this as much as I do.I bought about a dozen and gave them as gifts to my siblings. My brother is a butcher who stands for long hours at work, he LOVED them. You will notice the difference when you don't use them.I don't know how to explain the benefits, or how it works, I just know it's a miracle. Give it a try and tell people about it. Thousands of people are suffering with pain, and don't know such a simple solution exists!I truly hope this will always stay available in the market!

Ok so they do seem to relieve some heel pain, but man does it feel weird. You have to develop "sea legs" cause these things have a LOT of movement to them. Like standing on a waterbed honestly. Once you get moving and you sort of ride the wave of each step it's ok, and I felt like I could walk for longer without pain. But then you stop moving and they just feel... sloshy? Is that a word? Because sloshy really sums it all up.

Read so many good reviews and I have really bad feet. I tried a product similar a year ago and idk if they went out of business cause i cant find them anywhere, but those worked amazingly just didn't have the funds to buy them. Got these and there is barley anything inside they make my feet super hot. And still so sore after walking. Maybe cause I'm 250lbs? But definitely don't work for me. Feel like I threw $30 down the drain.

The front and rear pockets are connected so as you walk, the pressure squishes all the fluids to the low pressure spot. I do not recommend for anyone who has any kind of foot injury or knee injury. I have fused ankle and the uneven step these inserts provided caused more issues. Standing still you will have to balance your feet on the liquid bubbles.

Liquid moves around while walking giving a slight sensation of a massage. It does take time getting use to the pressure under my toes feeling like something is in between them a little bit. Overall very durable and so far my feet have not ached as much as notmal
