Love it to death but it's not for big deer hair surface flys like frogs, but they will fit also not ment for weedless guards.

I havent dropped it or dunked it, but the case is large and seems solidly built. For the price I dont expect it to be fully waterproof or impact resistant, though it seems quite tough. Fits a ton of flies and still fits in my chest bag. Similar cases cost much more at dept. stores.

I use these mainly for overflow storage in my truck. They are no so big that they won't fit in my vest but i am trying harder to carry less on my person so it's easier to hike and wade without feeling like a pack mule. These help keep me organized and I always have back-ups if I've put a few too many flies in the trees!

This box holds lots and lots of flies. It's small enough to fit in my pontoon side pocket. Clear plastic lids are good for seeing the flies without needing to open the box in the wind. Find the fly you want open the box quickly.

I liked its size,and 2 sided storage. I got all my ice fishing jigs in it. Glow jigs on one side regular on the other side. No more wasted time sorting and separating jigs that got tangled in divided boxes.

Well made and it has organized my flies for easy selection.

I ordered this large fly case for my larger salmon flies. Turns out to be too slim for large flies causing them to get squashed out of shape. Also the latches are not very secure.
