Pro: it's a lot more sturdy than expected. It's heavy duty & beautiful. It also arrived right on time.Con: I assumed it would come in some sort of jewelry box. Instead, it was just thrown into a cardboard box. One bead was stuck under the cardboard flap.

I love this charm! It's so cute, but i noticed that it is just slightly larger than the regular pandora beads. If you have the silver bracelet with the 2 spacers built on it, those wont stop this charm from moving. The whole is large enough to slide right over it. I would recommend this charm for someone who doesn't have a lot of open space on their bracelet so it doesn't move everywhere.

The jewelry was just what I expected. So sad....I dropped the card with the charms in it, and didn't realize the charms fell out. Found the jewelry the next am. A car had run over them. One charm okay, but the other was broken. I will use the charm that was okay and put the other charm on a chain with a new loop.

I bought this for my mother for this Christmas. I was glad it only took a couple of days to ship, but as I was reviewing my receipt I almost laid an egg! They charged me $7.00 in extra costs! I'm excited to give it to her, although I am a little weary because of some of the other negative feedback. Don't really recommend.😬Fingers crossed. Merry Christmas!

I love this! I gave my mom the mother charm for her birthday and she loved it! I have dropped it a few times but it hasn't broke. I see the reviews of people dropping them and breaking them but nothing has happened. Great product I recommend.

The charm is so endearing and sweet. Perfect for Pandora bracelet or other bracelets. Lots of detail. But most impressive is the company, Pugster, and their customer service. I would do business with them again. Their products arrived in a timely manner as well.

My mother loved these for Christmas! She had no idea they were not the "expensive" charms.
