Is this chondrus crispus?

It is, and it is wild‐crafted in the ocean. Not ocean‐harvested. The skinny kind everyone likes is ocean-harvested chondrus crispus but it's hard to come by. This stuff is not pool-grown like some other reviews say. That is the common misconception among sea moss. There are 3 types. Ocean-harvested, wild-crafted and pool-grown.

Is there supposed to be a hole punch in the bag?

I don't know, but I'm assuming they put it there bc this stuff stinks and was a little wet and some mold.. My bags had holes in them too. I've purchased from others and there were no holes.

Is it supposed to be wet inside? And why is there a hole punch in bag?

no it is not supposed to be wet
