So how do you get these strips & contents off your teeth after treatment? main criticism is that they stick too well.

Haha. True. I use a paper towel and after I pull the strips off, I literally wipe my teeth off with the paper towel to get any remaining residual whitening goo off. Followed with a water rinse. I prefer the difficulty over the strips that don't stick or adhere to my teeth unevenly. These are so secure that I drink things while wearing them. That's nice because I like to leave them on for an hour. I've tried quite a few!

How can you make the results last? My teeth were nice and white immediately after using the strips at night, but by the morning the whiteness was gone

2 months ago, I used the whole package and went through the 14 day procedure. Until now, my teeth are shiny white! I think that is the key. You must simply use the strips at least few days in a row.

I think these are better! I used the 3D and those burn your gums and it’s so hard to tell a difference… I used these and I immediately seen a difference! I recommend these over the 3D
