Solid rails, Easy Install
I had Ford OEM rails for a Ford Explorer, and I would say these rails are superior because they use metal attach end caps/connections, where Ford has plastic (get brittle in Arizona sun) end connectors. A couple of items to note on the install, the rubber gaskets that fit between these rails and the racks on the Expedition were slightly short, but easily stretched so the gasket holes lined up with the connector holes. It is also noteworthy that the front rail is an inch or two longer than the rear rail. My install was a breeze. I left the screws that attach the end connector to the main rails loose, so the end caps (connectors) floated (were movable to adjust rail length) until the end caps were firmly bolted to the Expedition roof racks. At that point I tightened up the end caps to the main rail (painful because they screws are now upside down and not visible), but with a little patience and the provided Allen wrench, it was done quickly.

2019 Ford Expedition Limited
Fit factory rails, very tight fit but feels really study and stronger than factory cross bars. They are lower profile too which was great to give me more clearance for the ski rack mounted to them and allow for the car to fit in a 7ft garage. When you assemble, use locktite, keep screws loose on the mounting feet so when you put them in the rails they adjust to the rails geometry. You will have to pull on the factory rail while pushing the cross bar down between them, once you get them in you'll probably be happy with how snug of a fit they are.

Tight
Little bit of a tight fit

Nice Roof Rack
Really nice. Fits well. Great value. It does sit a little lower than the OEM roof rack, which isn't an issue. Lower is better.

Not strong enough
The bars are not strong enough for wind and weight. I think one bent down when we had about 85 lbs in out Thule.

Did not for well 2022 Ford Expedition Max
Ended up getting them bolted on the 2022 expedition max, but it was a very tight fit. Returned them for the OEM Ford crossbars, which had a very similar cost on sale. Those fit much better.

Tight fit, but that’s better than loose.
Sturdy product that was relatively easy to install. I used a dead-blow hammer to tap the cross-bars in between the rails. It was 35 degrees F outside so I was in a bit of a hurry 😉. But tapping the rails into place made a solid fitment and it won’t ever rattle.

Perfect.
No issues. Works just as well as the factory. Don’t listen to people about it being tight. There’s room to adjust on the feet. I’d rather have a luggage rack tight than loose
