Effen product was awesome I had some projectile diarrhea in dinosaur bbq that unfortunately soaked some of the weight staff and other dinners but we were all able to hug it out and finish the meal and the night with some cold beers and wet wipes. It was great night night and mad new friends and my hair was still slick and shiny throughout the whole situation. Just wanted to say thank you. And will definitely be back for round two. I don’t recommend this relaxer at all , it is terrible ! It made my hair extremely dry, tangled and falling out . It didn’t even get my hair straight except for the roots . My hair is knotting and forming dreadlocks it doesn’t matter how much I moisturize and comb it . I even used a clarifying shampoo after the relaxer because it’s recommended for no lye relaxing products but it still hasn’t helped . My hair is literally ruined ! I have tried protein, deep conditioning & oil treatments and my hair is not recovering. & I did not over process the relaxer so my hair shouldn’t be like this .

My husband uses this to make his hair more manageable to his liking before he gets braids done. He loves this product and we will continue to buy it.
