Good strong taste
I was looking for black greek style olives but as I couldn't find what I wanted I bought these (the kilo size). They were packed all together in one sealed plastic bag. This was in an outer plastic bag with a clip opening so the bag can be re-sealed. They are mostly pitted but of about twenty so far used, one of them contained a stone which gave my teeth a bit of a shock. The olives are relatively small but they have a good fleshy consistency, they aren't disintegrating like some. They aren't all whole olives, there are some partial pieces but the bulk are intact. The taste is what I wanted for the style of olives. It's strong but not too bitter and there is salt but not overly so. I'd happily buy these again.

Good quality dried morrocan olives
Plump and juicy. Much better than the supermarket (more expensive) morrocan olives I usually buy. I didn't find them more salty than these. I add a olive oil/balsamic glaze/ RW vinegar and oregano & coriander marinade to mine, & this takes away some of the saltiness by the time you use them anyway. These i just added to clean spare jars. Would recommend definitely.

Not as good as before
This is the third time we have ordered these olives (1k) and the first 2 lots were delicious. This most recent batch, however, contains watery liquid (not like oil) and the olives are incredibly salty so not nearly as good as previously. Maybe it was just a load from the bottom of the barrel but it’s such a shame.Probably won’t buy them again.,

Just like Crespo but half the price
I love these dried, pitted olives. Most olives these days seem to be in brine. Crespo did a range of Greek-style olives which were essentially the same as their dried olives. None of my local supermarkets, even the big ones, stock them any more so I bought them online. The downside is the price which is almost twice what I was paying in the supermarket. These Dorri olives seem, to me, to be identical . The main difference is that they come in a resealable plastic pouch rather than a jar - and they are half the price (work it out on a £ per kg basis). They also arrived the day after ordering via Prime. I had also ordered some Crespo (in case these were not so good) and they are going to take a week to arrive. Guess who's going to get my olive orders in future?Absolutely excellent!
