Great investment, easy to use and my favorite desk accessory for work-from-home.
This has been super helpful for me since I work from home and find it difficult to sit for long periods of time. It works perfectly under my standing desk (without the stand) but also works as a nice indoor treadmill when not confined underneath my workspace. It is quite heavy upon arrival but the setup was very easy. I did need to adjust the belt as it was slightly skewed to the right upon arrival, but that was explained well in the instructions and the fix was very easy. The belt runs smoothly, I've had it for a few months and haven't needed to oil it. I also appreciate that it's on wheels so I can easily wheel it in and out of it's place. I would happily purchase this again!

Terrible product don’t waste your money
The product came damaged cosmetically which should have been my first warning sign. The box was dented and when I opened it the pad had some cosmetic dents as well. I didn’t so much mind those until I turned it on for the first time. I noticed the belt itself had some sort of dent in it. And when the belt moved it made the most atrocious sound. I stopped and lubricated it, it didn’t help. I adjusted the belt, that also didn’t help. This is the worst amazon purchase I’ve ever made. I attempted to return it but Amazon requires you to have the box it comes in, but the box was already damaged. Finding a box large enough will be impossible on top of more expensive. Why should I have to purchase a large box when Amazon provided a damaged box to begin with? Amazon needs to do better to protect its customers from faulty products that are not as advertised. Do not buy!!

Mostly great....
I've been using this for a few months now and have not had any issues. However, this morning while walking on the treadmill under my desk, we had a power outage. The unit completed came to an immediate stop. Which I suppose is good, but my body kept going and I crashed into my desk. This is a different stop than when shutting down the unit where it comes to a gradual stop. It was a bit jarring to say the least and I'm glad I wasn't running on it.

Perfect for limited space, very compact.
Very compact but performs like a larger treadmill. I love the features, Bluetooth/speaker is awesome! Access to more features through the app. Keeps track of progress. Feels very sturdy, easy to pull out from under my bed. So glad I replaced my big treadmill with this one.

It’s also a very quiet machine
I had a little trouble Bluetoothing the remote other than that it’s a great treadmill.

You get what you pay for
I've had this for a few months now (purchased in August) so I could give a fair review. Only paid about $300 for it and you get what you pay for. At times it felt like the belt was slipping when I was wearing shoes so I've taken to walking on it without shoes and I don't notice the slipping feeling of the belt but the belt does get very warm. The beeping sounds to turn it on/off and change the speed are the loudest part. There are also times when it makes a really terrible whirring noise like something mechanical is rubbing on the inside to the point where I turn it off and don't use it. Honestly not sure I would recommend it.

Great treadmill!
Doesn’t take up much space and works well for walking.

Stopped working after 2 months.
My husband and I loved this treadmill at first. It fit nicely under our standing desk and seemed good for the price. I used it almost daily for running and walking. My husband used it a few times a week. He weighs 190lbs. I am 125lbs. After two months, the treadmill stopped working when my husband would try to use it. It would basically catch and stop. There was an error message on the display (EO5, I think it was). I could still use it, but I noticed that the surface would get extremely hot. Even before these issues, the remote became difficult to use—I'd have to push the buttons repeatedly to get them to work. We contacted customer service. They told us to open up the treadmill and check some things—we did and everything looked fine. They then told us they would contribute $120 for repair costs and advised us to contact a repairman. We did, and the person who came basically told us that the motor was too weak to support much weight. He said he could replace the motor, but that ultimately it would give out again. In other words, there is a weight limit on this treadmill that the company does not advertise. The company let us return it, thankfully, though we are short the $90 paid to the repairman and the $40 spent for shipping because we didn't save the original box. The customer service was decent at least, but I wouldn't recommend this treadmill unless you are on the lower end of the weight spectrum and just want it for some low-intensity walking. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for a higher quality treadmill that was built to last.

Decent Product
It’s basically no assembly with is good. It goes decently fast and doesn’t seem too shaky or cheap. The belt is pretty short and it’s not super wide. I’m 5’2 and it works perfect for me. My husband is 6’1 and he says he can’t fully run on it. It’s not meant for actual running but it’s a great cheap option for getting some physical activity in. Anything lover than speed 3 feels weird like the belt isn’t moving fast enough to glide properly.

Comfort of Use & Delivery
The handle is to short and to far forward to be comfortable. I am 6" 3" and my wife is 5' 2" and both of us find the handle in an uncomfortable height and distance from the centre of the treadmill. The handle needs to almost be straight up rather than leaning forward. Arrived as per delivery date. Box was damaged and the handle had scrape marks but otherwise the treadmill works as described.

Flimsy on/off switch
On switch separated and fell off. Flimsy. Can't reattach. Now unable to turn on. Poorly made.
