My daughter’s “iced coffee to go”habit every morning on her way to school was my inspiration to buy these cups! They’re much more sturdy than a typical plastic disposable cup & can even be hand-washed. My daughter & I especially like that they’re tall & narrow, so they feel comfortable in our small hands.

First, they sell at much higher price on Amazon. Second, they charge for $22 for return.Third, there are always around 10-15 cups cracked which cannot be used.

I love these cups but the last two orders they have sent the wrong ones. Super frustrating!! In need to find a different supplier

We often find broken cups in the center of our box, or stack of cups. I don't believe it's due to shipping.We usually get a full stack of cracked and unusable cups from a variety of stacks through our the box.They crack easily if you squeeze the top sides, and the bottoms break out if dropped on the ground with a full cup.They work well enough but I'll eventually try and find another company to order from.

The product is great but there are about a dozen random broken cups throughout the box every single order. I don’t think it is because of deliveries.

Most of the cups we get are fine, but at least two or three out of a sleeve have damaged tops, preventing them from being used. We've had this happen the past few orders now.

The first cup in each line was cracked, and there were eight broken cups in total.
