Hein-Werner Engine Stand,Gas or Diesel,1250 Lb, Blue

It IS Heavy Duty. It IS American made. The packing is pretty much nonexistant. When the first one got here there was so many holes in the box that the only thing left was the upright, the legs the head and the handle! No wheels, no mounting arms, no hardware, no handgrips and no instructions! Sent that one back. When the second one got here (same packing) the box didn't look much better but everything was there except for the handle. Wish I'd kept the handle from the first one! Not gonna try it again... Also, you'd think that for almost $400 the plastic(?) wheels would have some sort of bushings or bearings in 'em. I wanted to be impressed by it but I'm just not. My opinion is that this is probably more like a $200 or $250 stand at best.
