I am a nurse and an older mother. I am 40 and just had my 4th child. I naturally have a high milk supply but found myself struggling for a little while. Due to my irritable bowel syndrome, I was starting not to tolerate the fenugreek. I tried this drink and oh my goodness it helps. It provides electrolytes for mom and helps boosts your milk supply. I hadn't been feeling a lot of letdown this time and I have felt it more since I started drinking this on a regular basis. I mix it with cold water and the berry flavor tastes great! You can mix it in milk or other drinks if you choose and is great to add to a protein drink for you more fit moms. To me the only downside is that there are only 2 flavors berry and chocolate. I'm not a fan of chocolate but that's just me.

I slowed down on my pumping around 8 months post partum as I had enough milk frozen to last till my baby was 1, at 9 months my husband decided he wanted to take a spur on the moment family vacation and of course taking 2 weeks worth of frozen milk was out of the question so I needed to produce enough milk to get my baby by on our vacation so I purchased this...this taste horrible (for my taste buds) but if you like oatmeal you'll like the taste of this but it did work. How it worked for me I noticed was I was starting to get clogged ducts (which I hadn't gotten any since my milk regulated at 4 months) which the clogged ducts made me have to pump more often which then increased my milk supply again. I was able to produce enough milk again to not have to finish the rest of the packets.

Good drinks but didn’t help my supply

My son never latched on so I have always strictly pumped and fed to him through a bottle. At first my supply was HEAVY. I was pumping minimum 30 oz a day so I had lots of bags in the freezer. Around 2 months old my milk just stopped producing as much and I was maybe getting 8 oz a day. I started drinking this and within 2 days my supply went back up and now pumping about 20 oz a day. This definitely helped my supply but the taste is absolutely AWFUL. I mix mine in water then add MIO water flavoring to it as well to help me get it down. Overall a great product but flavor is just not doing it.

Amazing, I don’t know if it was this product or me breastfeeding more but I was getting an ounce from my left breast and right lowest 2 ounces to almost an 3 ounces. I exclusively pump as my little one won’t latch and last night I’ve been trying the left breast more. I drank this last night. 2 hours ago, I pumped 4 ounces left and 3 ounces right. Afterwards I pumped 30 mls on the left and 70 mls on the right. Not the best but I just can’t believe I got 4 ounces out of it. I’m going to continue to take it and see how it works

I have PCOS and as a PCOS girlie I was very worried about my milk supply. When I realized it was dropping, I purchased these. I expected the thing every PCOS girlie does. That it won’t work. But I can honestly say, I am surprised with the results. Supplements always take a little to work. So I was on this for a week. After a week my milk came in again and this time, I didn’t have to be strapped to a pump for 1 almost 2 hours to get something decent. After drinking this every morning and night for weeks I saw the difference. I successfully made it to 6 months pumping. And I am so proud of myself. The taste is refreshing and it doesn’t have a nasty after taste. Which is what I was so concerned about in the beginning and after 6 months of this I can say if I ever plan to have more kids, I’ll take this and recommend this to my friends.

I used this tea to help increase my milk supply while breastfeeding and it definitely worked. It says to take twice a day but I had to drop down to once a day because i wasn’t pumping fast enough causing a blockage but overall it’s a great deal. The consistency is just like any powdered drink mix you buy. I prefer to mix it with juice though because just water makes me taste the granules.

I did find this helpful for milk production and replenishing electrolytes while breastfeeding, however the taste was not my favorite.

Tasted absolutely disgusting. I had to wash my drink bottle several times to get the smell out.
