Great little ice maker. Dumps clean ice, no problems, and it lives in an open garage in South Florida, keeps up with cooler use also makes handy storage for my dad’s beer.

I bought it 3 months ago.After using the control panel for a month, it stopped working for no reason. I try to send it back and they accepted my return 2 weeks after that with the shipping day just one day after accepted; I did not return it because I noticed one day later, and now I'm stuck with this rubbish.Repair services told me that they cannot repair it because there are no parts or supplies.

Nice unit, smaller than anticipated, makes ice, loud when it drops. Doesn't hold much, maybe one bucket, also if you lose power it won't turn back on, you have to turn it back on.Stopped working on day 30

The ice machine stopped working after little over 2 weeks of use. Even worse is that there is no way to reach the customer service. Absolutely no place to get any help from anywhere whatsoever. How can this kind of company sell the products on Amazon?This is almost $1300 (w/ tax) ice machine. How is this even possible for a ghost company doing business on Amazon. Again there is absolutely no customer support after the sales. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SELLER AS FAST & FAR AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.
