They're not potato chips!
First of all, these are Pringles, not real potato chips. They are more chocolate than anything else. The site claims that they're eligible for a refund, but the system won't let me process it. If you're looking for chocolate covered potato chips, look elsewhere. These are terrible.

Nine dollars of shipping charges doesn't include a cold pack
I ordered these because my friend had never had them. I looked at the shipping price, which was nearly half the cost of the chocolates themselves at just over nine dollars, and assumed that, like Dove chocolates, it'd come with a cold pack because it was the middle of July.I was mistaken.I retrieved the package within five minutes of delivery, yet that was already enough for the chocolates to have melted into the solid block pictured above, possibly having done so in the delivery van before it even got to me. Now, it's still good chocolate, but if I wanted a solid block I would've ordered that, and almost certainly paid less then I did. If it's late fall, winter, or early spring, it might be worth it, unless of course your delivery driver has the heat turned up in his van, but I absolutely wasted my money on this purchase, and in this case the buyer should absolutely beware.

Technically, Not really potato chips
First of all, I'd like to note that the packaging passed the test of traveling nearly 6000 miles to the destination without any damage to the contents. 5 stars for that! The 'Potato chips' are actually Pringles chips, which of course are a manufactured potato based product rather than an actual slice of a potato, fried or baked to crisp-ness.This makes sense from a production standpoint I suppose, allowing easier application/more uniform coating of chocolate, and high density nested packaging, and lower costs. But the thrill is lacking. Sadly, the Pringles chips wind up a bit soggy-non-crispy after being chocolate coated. And believe it or not, I would prefer the chocolate covering to be...not so thick.Locally here in Hilo there was a producer of choc. covered potato chips that provided a product of absolute divinity, a gourmet delight, with a savor and crunch that was remarkably addictive...you literally could not eat just one. The potato chips were also locally produced, kettle-fried and salted to perfection. They weren't cheap...$27 per pound.Regrettably, this business sank during the Covid lockdown troubles and will not be returning so my search for a replacement will continue.

The advertised 1 lb. box turned out to be two 7 oz. boxes (total 14 ounces).
The product is very good. But I did not appreciate receiving less product than I ordered. I ordered three 1 pound boxes and received six 7 ounce boxes. So instead of 3 pounds, I received a total of 2lb. 10 oz.
