Storacell by Powerpax AAA Battery Caddy, Orange, Holds 12 Batteries

This battery holder is well made and meets my needs exactly. It costs more than a lot of cheap battery boxes but holds AAA batteries securely clipped into its frame. The batteries are easy to get at when needed, you can instantly see how many are in the clip. I use green clips for standard alkaline batteries and the Orange ones like this for rechargeables. It holds 12 batteries so you can be confident that you have enough whenever you need some. Clearly they are not waterproof, but that is not something I need.

Great little device for safety storing batteries - no need to worry about them rolling around in the bottom of a box or leaking. The batteries are easy to push in and get out when you need them. Worth the money for that peace of mind.

Wanted to keep some cells together and not have them loose. Works perfectly and good quality.

I wanted a holder to store 4 x AAA torch batteries in an EDC belt pouch. Without a holder, the batteries tended to fall out of the pouch, but this Storacell caddy keeps them all together, a safe distance from one another, without any danger of shorting. The batteries fit into the caddy with a "click", but are still easy to remove. The batteries (4 x Duracell alkaline and 1 x Eneloop Pro rechargeable) fit perfectly, and although the holder adds a bit of bulk, it still fits into the pouch nicely. I chose yellow so that it would stand out easily in the black pouch, or if I dropped it. I fully recommend this battery caddy, and am very happy to give it five stars.

Great little storage item for batteries. They do rattle a little bit inside but nothing a little bit of tape doesn't fix

All the Storacell Caddies are well designed and useful for carrying around spare or backup batteries. The originals were known under a slightly different manufacturer name but appear identical. Safe to carry in a jacket pocket avoiding risk of shorting out on other cells. Unfortunately the price for all versions has vastly increased since my original purchases but they do last. Recommended if you carry battery spares around for equipment used for surveys and have the money. They prevent batteries rattling around in a plastic box or shorting out on other cells. Idea excellent, but overpriced in my view.

Similar review to my Orange 16-Pack review... I found these after seeing a 'Wranglerstar' video on YouTube. My setup, if you can even call it that, was a handful of AA/AAA rechargeable batteries rolling around in a cardboard box (with cardboard separators to prevent shorting) but it was a mess and really not scalable... I toyed with the idea of 3D printing some battery holders from Thingiverse but I don't have a 3D printer so that was a non-starter 😅 In the end, I went with Storacell - it holds all of my batteries with no rolling around and it's impossible to miss the bright yellow case in my cupboard. I'd happily buy this again (maybe from a different seller, though)

These are a must have for travel, hiking, camping or just to keep batteries organized in a drawer. Sturdy well made and holds batteries securely.
