Good value and works

I bought this training aid to help me cure a cupped left wrist at the top of my backswing, which was causing me to slice the ball at impact.It has most definitely helped improve my swing, but IT SHOULDN'T BE WORN WHEN PLAYING, because the metal insert will eventually break thru the stitching and fall out.Use it only when practicing your swing!

The band does what it says, but is not overly helpful. Used it a couple times and decided it was not for me.

Dude, this wrist brace is not just a game-changer; it's a wrist-saver. I used to have this gnarly wrist pain after every round, like I'd been wrestling a gator or something. But ever since I started strapping this baby on, the next day, pain and aching is gone. Gives just the right amount of support and flexibility to keep my wrist from acting up. Now I can go all out on the green without worrying about icing my wrist later. It's not just about improving the swing, it's about keepin' the golf life pain- free. Plus, it’s helping fix my slice.

It is very effective if it remains snug on your wrist. Sometimes the underlying glove causes it to loosen slightly which decreases the product's effectiveness. Overall, a very good and worthwhile training device. I recommend it if keeping your lead wrist flat is your goal (which it should be !!).

Bought one and when it arrived I thought I bought a junior size. So I made sure to get the adult size on the second purchase. I do have large hands but come on I can't even get this to strap around my wrist it so small!

Great product at a great price. I tore a ligament that runs from my wrist to my elbow about 18 months ago in my left hand. I did this hitting driver.I have used a much more expensive $30 glove with a built in brace and have gone through about 6 or 7 of them. I just tried this little device out on the course and it is great. This little brace does all that the expensive brace glove does, it does not wear out and it is not intrusive. I just bought 3 more of them to give to friends. I have seen comments about wearing the brace inside the glove, which the commentator said caused blisters. While that may be possible, the brace is designed to be worn externally to the glove. I am wearing this to prevent further injury, but it certainly does help get your hands into proper position to compress the ball.

I see some suggesting this is a brace for support. I see some suggesting it is a swing trainer to correct "cupping" the lead wrist. I really don't know what the purpose is, but it does not prevent/correct "cupping." Maybe it supports the wrist in some way, but really can't tell how it would help in anything. For $10, it was worth a shot. Probably not worth your time or $$ though.
