It works well, but if you have drinking cups in different sizes that are shaped like that, you can forego the purchase. The only different is that this piping bag stand is easy to clean as the base comes off (if you hand wash in-between). Larger cups might be better cleaned in the dishwasher.

I thought the cone part would screw into the base but it just sits in it. It is still a good product. It makes filling and refilling the icing bag so much easier, faster, and keeps the outside of the bag much cleaner.
