Simply excellent!!

Some of the most fragrant curry I have ever tasted.

I have no Indian blood but I adore the cuisine. With this paste I made a version of Kashmiri chicken that was almost too easy and yielded great flavor. I am overjoyed to have found such a good product!Cut two pounds of chicken breast into cubes, mixed in the whole jar of paste and marinated for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, gently sauteed a bunch of chopped Vidalia onions in a little oil. Turned heat up and added chicken and cooked until no longer pink but not completely cooked through. Added two giant spoons of plain yogurt and three big glugs of coconut milk (this is to taste, so sample the sauce as you go). Blended these into the chicken mixture, brought to a simmer, covered and cooked for 15 minutes. Served over rice.

I ordered this for a specific recipe and was astounded at how well it was packed when it arrived. I've ordered items in glass jars in the past that have broken (and leaked allllll over), but this bad boy wasn't going anywhere.And of course, the taste. So delicious! I had never had kashmiri chili paste and this was amazing in the recipe I made (paneer and butternut squash kashmiri chili). In fact, I've been spreading it on other things just to get that tasty zing. I would definitely order this again and would not hesitate to order again from this company.
