JUST GET IT!
Just do yourself a favor and get it! This was a lifesaver. You can adjust the pressure manually so that it is not too forceful or painful. It flushed out things I couldn’t even see at first glance!

Effective!
It works! I’ve had a battle with these for many many years now, and so far nothing has been able to take them out. This one takes some getting used to because of the button you have to press to use the water, but it’s simple enough to figure out. Gentle and effective!

DOES NOT REALLY DO THE JOB
It looks like and acts like the photos but doesn’t really work well. If you hold it at the angle to fit in your mouth it stops pumping. You have to hold your head in a weird way even when water is full. I was hoping to like it but I don’t like it. It’s way too weak to work on teeth. It feels ok quality wise but frankly over priced for what it is. I paid $10. It uses no batteries it’s just a hand pump which is fine. It’s easy to do the button but I couldn’t get it to work.

Great For Tonsil Stones and Gentle Oral Cleaning
I purchased the ORAVIX Soft Water Flosser with the Tonsil Stone Remover because I struggle with recurring tons and wanted something gentle but effective after using it for a while. I’m really happy with it. The manual pump design is actually very convenient because it doesn’t require batteries or charging. It’s easy to use and gives you control over the water pressure, which is important for sensitive areas like tonsils and gums. The compact is another thing I like. It’s portable and simple to store, which makes it great for travel or everyday use. The nozzle works well for reaching the tonsil area and helps flush out the breeze without being too harsh. I also like that it helps with overall oral care, removing food particles and plaque between the teeth. The gentle water flow makes a comfortable to use even if you have sensitive gums. Overall, I would say this is a simple but very affected tool if you deal with tonsil stones or want an easy manual water floss I will definitely recommend it.

A Manual Water Flosser
Not enough pressure when pressing the button on the flosser. It is only good for removing easy to remove dirt on teeth, but for actually using it to floss, it won’t do the job. It is not battery-operated, so you have to rely on the small button that releases a pressure to push the water on the nozzle. 1/5 Looks like the material used is from a cheap plastic that has lots of spaces in between. Chips easily. 2/5 Light weight and very easy to carry around. 5/5 Comfort would be 1/5 because it won’t really take out the stuck part in teeth that needs to be flossed out. You get what you pay for with the price. I would opt for an actual flosser or a quality water-flosser. 1/5

Great for cleaning your tonsils

Not good
If you turn this thing at an angle (parallel to the floor), it does not work. I had to hold it upright and tilt my head down to get it to work at all.

This is all you need really!
This is EXACTLY what I need! Had dental surgery recently and was given a syringe style irrigator which worked just fine for what it was. But it required multiple liquid refill per cleaning and it wasn’t ergonomic. I bought a cordless waterpik which was recommended by my dental office as well as the surgeon who performed the procedure on me. They said it was safe now to start using it but the pressure setting on the waterpik was too much even at its lowest setting. It was uncomfortable shooting a laser stream of water everywhere not to mention the residual water spraying all over the sink and my bathroom mirror. It became a chore. Stumbled upon this and the manual feature is what I actually wanted. Something I can control literally with my finger. I stop pressing the button the flosser stops shooting water. I can use this with precision and the water pressure is PERFECT. I may use the waterpik from time to time but right now only 7 weeks post dental procedure this manual flosser is the only thing I need. Best purchase I made in recent months this thing saved me.

Good product
This is a really good product. Useful if you have never used a water flosser before and want to try it before you buy an expensive one. Does the job.

Almost OK BUT LEAKING
The tip is rounded that makes it comfortable in the mouth, and tank volume is enough. UPDATE: There is internal leak. The manual pump inside is letting water out from the vent.
