Have something you need to hold down - get these!
We live in a very windy area in the Columbia Basin in the PNW. So far so good, our gazebo hasn’t taken flight :) Stable, durable and easy to use. In fact, we’re going through a little wind storm right as I write this, with 35-40mph gusts and our gazebo hasn’t moved. I will update later if we find the bags are not durable. We chose these because they close with a zipper. I had read other reviews about sand/weighted bags that close with Velcro and people had issues with that type and said they wished they had spent a few more bucks and bought something of higher quality. We didn’t want to make that mistake, so we bought these, a little higher priced than some, but worth it.The bags are fairly large, but I wasn’t sure if they would really hold 60lbs of sand and they do! We bought 4, 60lb bags of sand and the bags are full. We spilled some filling the bags, and there is room leftover for the full amount of sand.Tip** We should’ve filled the bags on a tarp or in a large storage bin to catch the spilled sand, and not waste any.As you can see we have a very large and heavy gazebo/canopy with large legs, and the straps fit around everything. I put a can of sun block next to the leg, so you can see how wide the legs are. These bags would also fit a pop-up style canopy, the straps are adjustable and could be cinched down. The handle is also very durable.I also showed a picthat there is a riveted hole to stake them down.**I will update if there are any issues in the future. So if you don’t see anything we’ve had no problems with them and they’ve held up, and our gazebo hasn’t flown away. Lol***We did not receive these for free - I’m not sure about you, but I never really trust those reviews.

Meets the need for weights on our canopy.
Very durable and sturdy. I would recommend leaving room at the top when filling because it does hold a lot. It is heavy when filled to the top and it may cause a tear in the handles/sides. I'm happy with the weights!

Almost perfect!
We have a canopy frame with thicker poles (3" diameter) and these don't wrap around the pole like we'd like them to, but the two straps on each are long and sturdy enough to keep the filled weights anchored closely to the side of each pole. Good quality!

Works great
I only filled these to about 3/4 to full with sand and they are heavy. Held down my canopy on asphalt and in grass.

Great Sandbags
I do a lot of trade shows here in Utah. We get all four seasons in one day. Start the day cold, have it rain before noon, get really hot, and sometimes a lot of hail. These have held out canopy down very well. I knew before hand that these had the potential of tearing or ripping somewhere. I went an entire summer without any major issues. A few small tears did start to form, but it is still holding pretty strong. I have used buckets of concrete previously and they were easier to lift as they are more rigid. These are like dead weight. You feel every pound of sand that is in these bags. Overall, for the price, you can't go wrong. You take good care of them, they will last a long time.

Stiching did not hold up.
I used these once and found one leaking sand. I filled each bag with less than 40 pounds of sand and when putting them away after using them, I found sand leaking from the bottom of one at the stitching. Material seems heavy enough, just a weak stitching job.Update: The seller contacted me and offered to send a complete set of replacement bags. I never expected this. What a great company.
