Do these suspenders stay put on your shoulders? I have trouble wih the strap sliding off my right shouldet

If the suspender strap is adjusted properly it shouldn't slip off your shoulder. It is possible your one shoulder is a little lower than the other. Make sure it is adjusted a little tighter on your right shoulder. Mine will sometimes slip off of my shoulders when I do something like moving my pants upward which will loosen the tension of one or both sides. Experiment and I'm sure you can fix your problem.

Can the clips be removed and replaced with different ones ?

No they’re not obviously replaceable.

This is a "tough" pair of suspenders. The fabric is heavy and strong, and the clamps that hold the suspenders on your pants is very strong and useful. I have continually received great comments from others whenever I wear this pair of suspenders. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
