The cookies are to hard and or the ice cream is to soft. It tastes great, but is messy and kind of unpleasant to eat. A softer cookie or more dense ice cream would be ideal. Not to much of a fan, but again tastes good, just not a great experience while actually biting into.

We always loved these and I bought some as a Valentine’s Day treat.They were more expensive but was looking forward as we have not bought them since last year.Cookie was so thin and hard and tasteless.It was smaller and poorly put together.So disappointing.

I bought one of these at the company cafeteria today expecting something like a Mrs Fields ice cream sandwich. I was disappointed. The cookie was soft with a mealy texture, nothing like what a Toll House cookie should be. The ice cream was, well, it was cold. I regret the calories wasted. Two stars and I will not be buying again.

I purchased these for the first time from my local store and was extremely disappointed. The flavor of this cookie is NOTHING like a Nestle Toll House cookie. It was flavorless, mushy, and tasted undercooked. The ice cream was also flavorless and tasted cheap. Now I have to watch $8.00 worth of inedible desserts go into the trash. Nestle, I won't hold it against you. I still love your chocolate chips, but going forward, I will be making my own cookies!I imagine if you take the time to make your own cookies and use Haagan Daz in the center and freeze them, you will be much happier.
