MAX Defender Ready to Use Outdoor Surface Cleaner by DeckMAX

This deck cleaner works great. I used it on my trek decking and it removed green mold and ground in dirt. All I did was spray it on and in a day or so the mold and dirt began to disappear.. It did not remove black spots/ mold, but it supposedly continues to work with the help of the sun and rain. We'll see.

Didn't work on my driveway all that well.I followed the instructions .After a rain a week later it was still leaving suds on the driveway.Be careful not to get i on your plants, it killed the edges of my grass along the driveway.I still don't see any "cleaning" on my driveway

I used Max Defender two years ago on half of my shed that had mold because of the no sun ,and it still looks great like the day I got the shed , So now I use it all over my house where mold grows from no sun, just spray and walk away

Out door patio that experts said was fungicide etc. had black residue all over. Sprayed this on and as other reviews mentioned slowly disappeared. As mentioned… don’t rinse. Rained a few days later and was like new again.

This is really easy to use. Put in 2 gallon pump sprayer and add 1 gallon of water with the max defender. I sprayed my treated wood that had built up moss and mold. After about hour the results start to show and after 24hrsI couldn't believe how well all the wood looked "moss gone"!

It works great. Diluted as per instructions, sprayed on the green and black areas of my porch railings and cement tile patio without any prep. Then like magic, the green and eventually the black mold and mildew disappeared! It might be a little pricey but it works better and lasts longer than Spray and Forget.

I had this imported to Japan and it was worth it! My composite decks look so much better. Thanks!
