Great pasta sauce for adding to other sauces in lasagnas to lower sodium
In an effort to cut back on the amount of sodium in the lasagnas that I make for my family, I tried adding this lower sodium pasta sauce in place of half of the pasta sauce that I normally use. Usually I use eight jars of the garden pasta sauce from Prego. This time I used five jars of the garden pasta sauce and three of the lower sodium pasta sauce. My family could not tell that I had cut the pasta sauce as I made the four lasagnas to separate between our four families. Everyone chowed down on their pasta as if there had been no change in my normal recipe. So, in order to try and cut down on the amount of sodium and help out our family members with hypertension? I'll continue to use three jars of this lower sodium pasta sauce with five jars of the garden Prego. Thank you for offering this lower sodium option. Please consider making this option as well as the garden option in the larger jars for those of us who cook once a week for our extended family. With prices as they are right now, I try to cook once a week to help out my family and if Prego would consider making the pasta sauces available in the larger jars it would make my life easier.

Love Prego, especially lower sodium
I have tried many pasta sauces. Prego is one of my favorites. It has a wonderful taste, just the right thickness and this is the one I will continue to buy. I use pasta sauce on so many dishes, even when I am making an omelet. It just gives my food an extra boost of flavor. It came on time and had a much later expiration date so it was perfect. And this one has lower sodium which if you are looking to watch your sodium, I would recommend this pasta sauce.

Great Tasting low sodium sauce.
Being on a low sodium diet, due to low blood pressure, I’m always looking for food products with low sodium. Since I’m already a fan of Prego I was thrilled to find this sauce. It tastes wonderful and makes a great meal. I highly recommend it.
