I m using it since 2 years and it’s working perfectly fine, worth it.

Battery life is bad, power reduces after few months, hard to clean.. company come up with better design and usability.

Very good product in affordable price

I purchased the **KENT Storm Vacuum Cleaner** from Amazon, and after only a few months of use, the vacuum cleaner stopped working. The product is still **under warranty**. I first registered a complaint with KENT customer service on **25 June 2026**. As of **18 August 2026**, the vacuum cleaner is still not repaired. What has been extremely frustrating is not just the product failure, but the after-sales service. After registering the complaint, I was told that an engineer would be assigned and the issue would be resolved within a few working days. Nobody contacted me and no engineer visited. I repeatedly followed up with customer care. On different calls, I was told that they would contact the Area Service Manager and update me within two hours. No callback came. On another occasion, customer care connected me with the service manager on a conference call, and I was promised a callback within 10 minutes. Again, nobody called. Even worse, the service tickets keep getting **closed automatically as “successfully resolved” even though nobody has repaired the vacuum cleaner and the exact same issue still exists.** This cycle has happened multiple times — I call customer care, another complaint/ticket is created, I am promised a technician or callback, nothing happens, and eventually the ticket gets closed saying the problem has been resolved. KENT has already asked me for the **Amazon invoice, warranty details, and even a video showing that the vacuum cleaner is not working**, and I provided the requested information. Still, there has been no resolution. I am located in **Bengaluru (560087)**, so this is not a remote location where service availability should be unusually difficult. Almost two months after my original complaint, I am left with: * A vacuum cleaner that does not work * A valid warranty * Multiple complaints raised and closed without repair * Multiple promised callbacks that never happened * No engineer visit and no actual resolution A warranty means very little if the company does not honour it when the product fails. Based on my experience with both the **product reliability and KENT's after-sales service**, I cannot recommend the KENT Storm Vacuum Cleaner.

Powerful and good cleaning. Easy to clean and put back together. Size is compact and easy to store. Battery and charge lasts a decent amount of time, can clean 3/4th house in one charge.

For the price, this is a reasonably decent vacuum cleaner for general use. It is not for heavy duty cleaning, so expecting that will lead ti disappointment. The vacuum has low runtime of a few minutes and heats up very quickly. One of the bigger issues, is that there is very less chance of getting a replacement filter. The filter also clogs easily decreasing the performance. If your budget permits go for a higher quality model

Suction power is good .usefully for daily use.but becoming hot in 30 mins,so have to give break for each room. But cyclone suction is very good. Worth for money.

Have been using it since March. Useful and good suction. However, recently encountered an issue as the dust was falling out of the machine. Since there was no direction or possible malfunctioning had to visit multiple youtube channels and found that it was due to the clogged pipe.
