Organic Coconut Sugar

I bought this coconut sugar because I've been looking for healthier ways to sweeten my everyday meals without the heavy, sticky texture that some other brands have. I've tried coconut sugar before, but many of them were moist or tended to clump together. This one from Madhava completely surprised me. The first thing I loved was the texture. It's incredibly dry, light, and finely granulated, so it dissolves quickly in just about anything. It doesn't form clumps, doesn't harden in the bag, and mixes in effortlessly. Love it's organic performance and it's moisture content is between brown sugar and white sugar.. so yeah super good mixability in my hot drinks so far.

This is a very good coconut sugar. I made brownies and added this instead of sugar. The taste was amazing and surprisingly there was no spike in my blood sugar. The granules are in perfect size and do not clump. Definitely a very good alternative to sugar!

Great product: fresh, easy to use, and dissolves easily; it came well packaged. As for the sugar, I use it instead of cane sugar at a 1:1 ratio, and I like it very much.
