After reading the reviews I thought I would take a chance and I was pleasantly surprised with these. I have a real amber with an insect inside and our 6 year old grandson loves it so I thought I’d get him his own. My 4 were all amber coloured, bigger than I expected but he’s going to live these

Was a bit disappointed. They were nicely made no problem with quality or delivery. But all 4 insects inside were the same. Small crabs which would be unlikely to get into amber. Obviously farm bred and cheap. Photo showed scorpion and beetles. Much more believable. My grandkids aren't daft.

I don’t normally write reviews but this is the worst product I’ve ever bought on Amazon. Supposed to be insects in amber. Got 4 bugs. 3 the same encased in cast resin. Not even interesting bugs, for this price I expected 1 that would be. Don’t waste your money. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The word amber should not be used on its own with this product description as the enrobing material is actually just coloured resin. Amber coloured maybe, amber-like possibly, but not “amber”. That’s ambiguous and misleading.And the specimens contained in the resin are not fossils either!Very dusappoibting, do not waste time or money.

Did not get the insects in the photo description & particularly wanted the featured scorpion so grandson a bit disappointed. Good size, interesting object, obviously plastic but a good as a discussion point.

These were for my grandson and he was delighted with them. I had read the reviews before purchasing so was not surprised by the green and blue amber. My grandson liked these even more as he said they were ‘very rare’!

Not sure this is real amber, looks like big hunks of smooth, amber-colored plastic. bugs look real though.
