A Reliable and Durable Tool
The 1-1/8" size is perfect for various applications, and the deep well design allows me to reach recessed nuts and bolts effortlessly. The 1/2" drive ensures a secure fit with my impact wrench, providing excellent torque transfer without any slipping issues. One of the standout features of this impact socket is its construction. Made by Makita, a brand known for producing top-notch power tools, the A-96350 lives up to its reputation. The socket is crafted from high-quality materials, and its robust build can withstand heavy use and abuse in a busy workshop. The socket's precise machining guarantees a snug fit on fasteners, preventing rounding and ensuring a secure grip. I appreciate the added durability and longevity this socket offers, as it has saved me from frequent replacements.Additionally, the black oxide coating not only adds to the socket's corrosion resistance but also enhances visibility in dimly lit workspaces. It's a small detail, but it makes a significant difference when working in tight spots. In terms of performance, it delivers every time. It effortlessly tackles stubborn bolts, making even the toughest tasks feel like a breeze. The deep well design also provides extra clearance for long bolts or threaded rods. While this socket is designed for impact wrench use, I've found it to be versatile enough for hand tool applications as well. Its compatibility with both power tools and manual use makes it a versatile addition to any tool collection. In conclusion, I highly recommend the socket to professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike. It's a reliable, durable, and high-performing tool that never disappoints. Whether you're a seasoned mechanic or a weekend warrior, this socket will undoubtedly become an indispensable part of your toolkit.

Great deep impact socket from Makita and YES It is stamped.
Seems to be a good quality socket. Adds another name to the hodgepodge of sockets I've had to buy to fill in all the skips that Pittsburgh leaves. This replaces the Tekton of the same size that I had to return because it was NOT STAMPED. The Tekton showed stamped in the pictures here on Amazon for the 1¼". Also it fits well in the Olsen magnetic tray holder. In the picture it's the red socket tray top right. Have yet to have an issue with a socket fitting in those socket holes. Actually looking again that society tray was made by ABN. If you're going to buy the socket trays get the cheapest ones you can find because they are all identical with the same mold and injection marks. That being said I wish somebody would come up with a socket set called the Pittsburgh patch and sell all the skips that Pittsburgh has in one set. Having put the Pittsburgh sockets into the magnetic trays and seeing how many I was missing has put me on a very expensive journey to making sure I have all of the sockets even though I may rarely use them. I think that's the most expensive thing about buying the socket trays.

Heavy Duty!
I use these sockets every chance I get. They are solid and DO NOT strip my bolt heads. A very good value when they go on-sale.

Super great deal!
I got my daughter in law a Makita tool set and of course she needed sockets for the impact wrench. I know nothing about tools so read reviews and took a chance this was a good set. She was thrilled and says they are great. I love they came in a case with a great assortment!

Solid
Did the trick and fastened a loose hammock harbor post very tightly. Used it with a 40V makita impact wrench.
