I recieved the journal and I love the cover and the paper quality. The only thing I didn't like was one of the clasp actually came broken but since I didn't really care about it and didn't want to go through the returning and receiving it again just let it go.

There were a few reviews that said this wasn't up to par. I'm not sure exactly how authentic a journal those people were really searching for. As for everyday use or just to have, this is a super cool little journal. Love the clasps locks too cute, and functional.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. He is a writer and it was a perfect gift for him.
