How far should plants be planted to fully cover a fence?

This type of plant can spread upto 4-5’ depending on the sun/shade ratio plus water. I have also found that the leaf size makes a difference. If you want a dense spread go maybe one feet apart - otherwise maybe two feet apart. But it’s really going to depend on the plant and the growing conditions

When is the best time tomplant

I've also heard that spring is the best time. I'm waiting until after our last freeze.

Will baltic ivy survive freezing temperatures

I planted this ivy about 3 years ago outside in a shady spot. The past two winters we have gotten below freezing temps and they came back strong. I would recommend them.
