Does this Boat have a Drain Plug

It has drain plug that is in the front under the lip. The drain is for removing water from between the inner and outer hulls. It is very inconvenient. To use the drain, I have to take the boat out of the water and tip it upside down so the front points directly at the ground. It takes 2 people it. It is easier to use a plastic cup, open the storage hatch and bail the water out of there. My boat is always left in the water at the dock and I typically need to remove the water that is between the inner & outer hulls every 2 weeks.

where would I buy a plate/removable seat and swivel for when I'm fishing and how does it get attached?

I don't know that you could. It is all molded plastic with no way to get to the bottom of the plate to attach. If you were doing that then I would look at the others that have these already attached from the factory. This is a simple very good little boat that is simple and easy to use and clean.

Can 3 people fit on this boat? What is the weight capacity?

I forget the weight capacity, but I believe you can get at least 400 lb on there. I think the listed capacity is a little less though. But that may be a safe number and then do the math. I

Could this fit 3 adults and 2 small children?

Wouldn't recommend for 3 adults and 2 children. Ideally, one adult in front to row and two small children, or 2 adults for comfort and safety. Rower best to face the others and row backwards for optimum use. We use the boat on an 18 acre pond and have used these two capacity options.
