The best tiger nut flour brand IMO, for AIP diet and egg-free baking
AIP compliant flour, this nutrient-dense ingredient also makes baking easier when doing the autoimmune protocol or an egg-free Paleo diet ... I like this brand of tiger nut flour better than Anthony's. (But I think the price just went up!?) This brand tastes extra sweet and like *graham cracker crumbs* by itself! :) It's super good sprinkled on top of parfaits, yogurt, whipped cream, dairy-free yogurt, porridge, grain-free granola etc. And I bake with ours a LOT. It's excellent in egg-free baked goods. I find the functionality of this brand and Anthony's to be the same, but the flavor and texture of this brand is better. The photo I added is of some AIP cookies I made, with carob, egg-free thanks to the tiger nut flour. Other details? Tiger nut flour has a bit of a bran texture, not totally smooth, and it's high in resistant starch (super good for colon health).

Overall good
Overall, I’ve been fairly satisfied with this flour. Cons: It does have small, hard clumps so I’ve had to sift it every time. And it does have some larger “flakes” that remind me of wheat bran.

My favorite flour
This is by far my most favorite gluten free / aip flour. It is my go to for all baking when I need a treat. The flavor is nutty and wonderful. Will be buying this on a regular basis. Highly recommend! This did not upset my stomach like almond flour or cassava flour.

Disgusting!
My daughter's in the middle of her AIP detox so I bought this and green banana flour for her.We made waffles this morning with the tigernut flour and they're soooo GROSS! It has this disgusting, gritty texture, no matter how long you leave it in the iron.Canceling my subscription!

So good
This stuff is expensive but it is so delicious. I make chocolate chip cookies with this flour and they don't require as much sugar because the tiger nuts are a little sweet. My non-gluten free husband can't get enough of them.
