Getting the light right!
Phillips changed their bulbs, and I have been struggling to find the right bulb for over 3 years now. This bulb allows the light to shine through the glass pendent and look beautiful. The new ones cause my pendants to be dark and ugly. I’m so glad I found this buried again.

The price is great for brand name bulbs
The price is great for brand name bulbs. The lot of cheaper bulbs do not last as long. I had these before and used them for three years and I have just replaced them with this new pack. These are a lot dimmer than the ones I had, I will be purchasing ones that are brighter.Edit:I has been six months. Two out of the six lightbulds that I installed have now gone out. The remaining 4 are dimmer than when I first installed them.

Replacement bulb for my fiber optic Christmas tree
After setting up my Christmas tree this year, the original bulb (4 or 5 years old) died. Ordered this product as a replacement. I like that I now have back up bulbs in case of another burnout. This product produces a nice bright light at the ends of the tree branches and I'm happy with it.

Finally found a replacement bulb for my landscape lights
I have searched for a while to find a replacement bulb for my landscape lights. Ever since the big blue hardware store stopped carrying the "Phillips Landscape Bulbs" several years ago, I have tried LED replacements, and several other brands of halogens. None looked the same - they were either too bright, or too white - in spite of the labels giving similar specs. These look great! Not too bright, and just the right warm color temp that I was used to.

Low voltage lighting that lasts.
I use these bulbs in low voltage lighting fixtures placed in easy to access parts of the yard and not so easy as well. It is the latter which makes this product my first choice.Philips has been making light bulbs for a long, long time and have earned a reputation for reliability and quality. After decades of bulb manufacture, they have likely seen every bug and problem which can be encountered in the field and modified the bulb accordingly. These bulbs are no exception to that approach.Replacing low voltage bulbs isn’t the same experience as the hallway light, so I would like to limit the number of times I have to deal with this activity. Any outdoor lighting will be exposed to extreme conditions and delicate or poorly manufactured bulbs won’t perform, and any money saved on the purchase price will be sunk in time spent replacing bulbs more often. This is what sets Philips apart from some unknown manufacturer.But if you enjoy squatting between a Sago Palm and Barrel Cactus, while digging up the fixture, to replace a bulb every few months, then you may want to purchase a cheaper bulb. If you prefer a span of years between such a task, then give this three pack a try and spend that extra time marveling at your yard lighting.

Found good deal on price, Phillips always a good bet for quality.
It's a bulb, not much to say. Had real problems finding the 20w version, happy to have landed a decent deal for this 3 pack. Phillips makes a great quality bulb, I'm sure it will be fine into the future.
