I love Tate and Lyle sugar, caster and icing sugar. Appears finer than Silver Spoon and absorbs easily into whatever you are making.

Bags are not made of paper so should avoid clumping. This has been our experience, up to now, of caster sugar stored in paper bags. Buying in bulk is also good value. If you are in lockdown would recommend this purchase.
