Works for Pokémon trades between gba and gba sp
This worked perfectly for me! I am able to trade Pokémon between my gba using the wider connection) and gba sp using the narrower connection. great product at a great price!

Worked great!This is NOT for use with older original models of the gameboy. Only for the Advance and the SP and will NOT work with old gameboy games on Advance games.

Doesn't fit GBA or GBA SP
Doesn't fit in either GBA or GBA SP, it is too thick to enter into the port, it's useless.

This cable will only work for Game Boy Advance games ...
This cable will only work for Game Boy Advance games. If you are using a Game Boy advance to connect Game Boy Color games (like pokemon blue,red,silver,or gold) you will have to get the gameboy color link cable. Most reviews here are claiming it doesn't work and I was one of them until I did a little research. Make sure you know which cable to get!

Poor Quality Connection
If you absolutely need a cable in a pinch then I guess it will work, but the connection is unstable and often drops out for no reason. It's even worse if you move the cable at all. Fitment is all very tight and hard to plug/remove from the ports.
