The volume is actually quite good it can be quiet on low to medium but the high volume is nice and it’s comfortable enough to fall asleep to I’ve been very happy with my purchase and have used it every night since I bought it earlier this year

Q: Is the item with Active Noise Cancellation?

No it doesn’t have noise cancelling but I am very fussy about the sound quality of headphones and these produce excellent quality. I don’t ever hear external intrusive noise when using these.

Q: How is the headband cleaned?

The earbuds are fitted into a removable Velcro strip which should be removed before washing either by hand or in the washing machine. There is a vent in the headband where you slide the strip out. Very easy to remove and replace.
