I bought this a while back.. used it a few times to practice brazing. Recently I went to use it and it has turned liquid. Is it ruined or still safe?

It is just a cleaning solution for the brazing process. It should be fine. Most of that type have you add a liquid to it anyway.

Will this help Harbor Freight Alumaweld wet out into joints better?

Haven't tried it with harbor freight products.
