Stainless Steel Worktop Saver (600 x 470 Square Fold)

I have ordered 2 of these workstops and I was so thrilled with how they looked I contacted the company and have requested a custom sized one which they have quickly quoted me for and made and I expect delivery any day. My current worktops are solid wood but havent been cared for properly over the last ten years (werent oiled well), whilst my worktops are solid im not ready for a new kitchen but have always fancied stainless steel featured somewhere in my kitchen when I do and this gives me some insight into how they will look and how easy they are to maintain. They look really good, everyone who has been in so far has commented on them. They do scratch so I still use a chopping board and I will find out the best way to keep them. They clean really easily. Ive rolled out pastry on them and it works great and I will make some fresh pasta on them also. The communication with the seller has always been fast and they are most helpful and I highly recommend these worktops and this seller.

Bought this for two reasons mainly. Having bought an air fryer I felt my cooker hob was obsolete for the most part. This covers the burners of my cooker and provides a hygienic worktop on which to site the new airfryer. So easy to clean and as a bonus it also improves the look of my kitchen. Should I need access to the hob this slides easily from the hob to my adjacent worktop. Very pleased I bought it.

These are fantastic so strong and thin but look so smart and clean come in lots of sizes I have 500 wide by 400 deep come with lots of rubber one centameter pads highgenic and wipe off easily with clothe or kitchen roll. I'm going to buy a 500x500 for my sister but need to find the round edge version not the square style. Have asked for supplier to help me find the Add for 500x500 round edge.

Great product and seller was very polite and sort the problem out with no fuss whatsoever but the only downside I have is with couriers FedEx they gave me a time of delivery 8-50am to 12-50pm and they delivered at 4pm this this happened twice

I love the full-stave oak worktop fitted in my new home, I’d bought the entire kitchen preloved for the sum total of 1k! It took a lot of sanding to remove the thick white wax applied by the previous owner, but once finished and oiled it looked wonderful. A week in and I had a nagging sense of regret regarding the oak. I had to avoid splashes, check that the base of anything I set on the surface was dry… and where was I going to roll pastry? My previous - also secondhand bargain - kitchen had come with granite, I’d been completely carefree as I prepared food and washed dishes. I felt pretty silly about the impractical choice I’d made for the most important room in our house, we love to cook! It was a happy day when the worktop saver appeared in my recommendations. Now I have one and so does my mum. I bought the 60x58 and it is a good size for most jobs, however I’m going to see if the company can supply one at 80cm wide so it covers the entire space between sink and cooker. I am totally relaxed again and enjoying cooking. My husband is also happier as I am not constantly nagging him - well not about that. So I have an area that is totally practical and the rest of the wooden worktop looks beautiful - the best of both worlds.

I love my kitchen but after 25years plus the worktops are wearing with the textured surface now smooth in some areas. Apart from the expense of a new kitchen I really cannot go though the upheaval and new worktops would also be a major job with new wall tiles also needed. I am fed up with various smallish worktop savers which always end up making the room look 'tatty'. When I saw these stainless steel round edged ones I decided these were for me. Wow! What a difference, clean, smart, hard wearing and, as my worktops are a mid grey, they look as if they were always there. Thank you so much Avonstar, you have saved my kitchen for a good few more years and with to optipn to add a couple more if needed it will go on for even longer.

Me ha gustado mucho la encimera. Se limpia muy facilmente, no se mueve nada y queda muy bien. Al cortar encima van quedando las ralladas por el uso. Ahora me sabe mal y a veces utilizo una tabla pequeña. Pero estoy contenta con la adquisición: Lo compré para sustituir un tablón de madera que se curvaba con el tiempo y se emohecía por debajo...

Muy contenta. Las planchas de acero son de buena calidad, protegen mucho y quedan muy bien en la cocina. La entrega y el servicio muy bueno, en mi caso, compré 2 de 500 x600 mm, se equivocaron con una de las planchas y me enviaron una de otra medida por error, nos pusimos en contacto con Amazón y por e-mail con el vendedor Avonstar y nos enviaron la nueva de inmediato sin devolución de la anterior. Muy amables y rápidos con el servicio.
