Ceresota Flour Unbleached, 5-pounds (Pack of 8)

Best bread flour out there. Came through shipping intact. Reasonable time.

I have been using Ceresota Flour for over 30 years and in that time have never come across a better product. Prior to Ceresota I used Gold Medal and Pillsbury but when I hit on the Cesesota unbleached I tried it, loved it and have been using it ever since. I like the fact that Ceresota is unbleached because bleaching takes out a lot of nutrients needed for good health. I bake bread, muffins, cakes, brownies, pies, dinner rolls, sweet rolls and hundreds of cookies (you name it I bake it) and everything is delicious. I also have a bread machine and use Ceresota instead of bread machine flour. Makes wonderful bread and all my family will attest to that. I am giving Ceresota 5 stars but would have given it 10 stars if that were an option.
