I was very surprised by this bed frame. It came like 2 weeks early, which was a huge plus!It arrived in two large heavy boxes, yet it was very easy to assemble. There are only a few parts that need to be screwed together and everything is clearly labeled in large font, which way and direction it goes. It is a pretty heavy frame but you can still assemble by yourself. And it is strong and sturdy material, supportive and holds a lot.You can put batteries in or plug it into the outlet. There is plenty of extra cord and wire underneath the bed, to reach the outlet. All the wires and hardware comes neatly tucked and stored underneath the bed.The remote is the perfect hand size, with clear and easy to read buttons. It has pre set settings like for watching TV or Anti snoring, it also allows you to adjust the head and foot settings to your exact liking. Two of my favorite additional features are there is a light under the bed for a glow and the remote has a flash light button on it! I wish every remote every had that lolVery comfy, easy to set up, great for people that spend a lot of time in bed. It relieves pain by offering you the additional positions. It even has two USB charging ports built into the side of the frame! Great buy.

One of the receivers for the bolt just spins. If there was better quality control, this would have been avoided. Waiting for the company to rectify the situation...still waiting!! Otherwise, I would Love this bed!Update: They sent someone out to fix the problem. I am very satisfied and a year and a half later, I still love this bed!!Their customer service was a little slow, however they did follow through. They also sent out a new motor because the foot section of the bed stayed elevated a couple inches. Which wasn't a huge deal! Everything works great, quiet motor and very stable. We have 2 adjustable beds and we're very happy.

Had this for a month now and it has been tremendous. All of the extra features on this have proven worth while. The wall hugging keeps the mattress position close the The nightstand, the head tilt adds the perfect adjustment for TV and additional head support, even the massage feature is better than expected. The assembly instructions could have been better.

It arrived on time.but there aren't much in written directions just figures. But it was pretty easy to put together. I was afraid to get it because there were no reviews I am a 350 lb. women and I find it very sturdy and I am tall so was worried if I would need risers but I don't Very happy with my adjustable bed frame. I would buy again and would recommend to friends to but. Must brag that I also got a Purple mattress. Never have I slept so well.

After much research, I purchased the Split King. After two weeks it finally arrived but in two separate shipments. Be aware, these are super heavy because they are good quality steel. It took two adult men to take these two steps into the house. Each single bed weighs about 150 pounds. Each frame for the adjustable bed is about half the weight of the bed. The set up was relatively easy but it did take us a good 1.5 hours or more to assemble it. The problem with this is there is no hardware to attach a headboard or footboard. I attempted to contact Maxxprime several times and finally they responded by giving some number to call. Turns out it's an answering service who takes all your information and promises that someone will call you back within 24 hours. Well, that never happened so buyer beware, once you purchase the bed, if anything goes wrong or you need help, you'll be SOL. I'm giving three stars because the bed is of high quality but the seller is non-responsive.

Seems like they have sent a returned price. There are no washers and nuts for one package. Very hard assembly.

It wasn’t easy to assemble it. It took me and my daughter around 3 hours to finish it. We search for video, fallow the manual, but still wasn’t easy to finally finish it. The instructions weren’t clear and the pictures weren’t showing what I should do in each steps.After it been assembled I liked it and it was convenient to me, and worth the price and the time it took me to assemble it 👌🏻

We purchased the split king and we are happy with the bed. We had issues putting the bed together, we put it inside a bed frame we had and it was a tight fit ,but it fit, and it was worth the effort! I was skeptical about the quality because the price was so reasonable, but it’s a nice bed! We love all the different positions and massage is nice ! The price for the quality and all the bells and whistles is money well spent.
