Works fantastic! Beware using the optional "pay to have an installer come". The company that came didn't get it done right and then they actually messed up our other computers. Had to spend $135 to get another tech company to fix it all.

Worst seller ever
I bought this item for my company, the item came defective. It prints white lines, the papers jam and it's not accurate printing. I contacted the seller and I tried to return he said I can't the printer is okay you have to call HP to fix. Then we got into a conference call with HP and he wanted to close the case before it's fixed. The Hp guy told him I won't close it until we send someone to fix it. He kept being a crook he said I can only refund half, and we can open a case with Amazon. At the end the guy that came from Hp couldn't fix it, and I had to call HP Headquarters and they are the ones who took back the printer and refunded me full amount because the printer was defective. Worst seller ever, bad printer.

Quick Setup, Great quality, and fast prints.
This plotter is fantastic. Our company purchased this to replace a Canon that had died. The print quality is very good. It prints architectural drawings at lightning speed. Two people can set it up in no time! It comes with the only tool needed for assembly.

Great plotter - unfortunately the shipper did not communicate very well.
Fantastic Plotter , and very reasonably priced. The Wi-Fi capabilities make it very easy to use.Unfortunately the shipper did not communicate with us. We had to go searching for our shipment and after we found it it took another week for our "2-day" delivery. Bummer.

Works great!
Works well. We use it in our school. You have to buy HP ink if you want to use the HP click app. You don't need adobe.

Junk
Have a new problem with it every week. Literally won't even print correctly unless using the paid version of Adobe. Also has an issue where if I send a whole attachment it won't print more then the first few pages, have to send two pages at a time until complete, that's 45 times for 3 sets of construction drawings for permitting. Lastly, it started printing everything sideways with a huge header. Had to manually go into printer settings to force it to print correctly. Stay away from HP, already smashed my home printer and shattered the glass 🤣

Works great, just getting use to the differences and we wish it accepted 300' rolls of paper like the last HP printer we replaced it with did.
