Excellent product: NO taste! No odor! Dissolves easy in my coffee! Effective from the first use. It says to use 6 TEAspoons, however I like to start small to see how my body reacts to new products. The product itself is very good. It is tasteless, dissolves easily, and is effective at reducing IBS symptoms. I have taken a star off for the company's deceptive advertising. For many years they listed the number of servings on the bottle which is by definition 2 teaspoons. Now after many years they've decided to start listing the number of teaspoons, which is twice as many as the number of servings. As a result I thought I was buying my usual 124 or 125 serving bottle, and ended up with a container half of the usual. Well technically they can justify that the container now does say teaspoons rather than servings, it is at least inadvertently deceptive even for customers like me who who read labels carefully. There could be no other reason to change from servings to teaspoons other than to give the inaccurate impression of a larger product.

I ran out of this and my regularity came to a halt. I've been taking this every day for the past year and I have regular on time movements and feel better overall than when I don't take it. I eat a high fiber vegetarian diet but still it's not quite enough, without this. It's flavorless and I only use a teaspoonful twice a day, although the directions say to take 4 teaspoons a day. Try it, you won't be sorry.

This product is perfect to use if you suffer from constipation, I recommend it to you, I found it super useful
