Fender Tread-Light Wah Pedal, Guitar Accessories

Solid built pedal. I also like the look, and it isn’t quite as big as a crybaby, so it fits nicely on my board. It has some good sweep on the frequency knob, and the high, mid, low adjustments actually do have a noticeable difference, so that’s cool. It’s honestly not the warmest sounding wah, but let’s be real here…in a live situation, you could have a Marshall stack and a $3,000 pedal board, and no one in the audience will know the difference between your rig, and the guy going direct with a $300 multi-fx , or even care. So for all intents and purposes, you really can’t go wrong with this wah, so don’t over think it. And not one person anywhere can tell you whether or not it will hold up over time, so don’t even worry about that!

Not as high quality as I thought it might be. it sounds really similar to the GCB95. it has a slightly better build quality than the GCB95 I had. the buffer and frequency switch is nice to have. I personally hated the built-in buffer in the GCB95 I had so, it's nice to have the switch. the LEDs underneath the foot pedal are not as bright as I think they should be and when they're on I've found it causes some type of interference noise. if you record, play live or are just looking for a wah that has these types of controls it's a nice affordable option but, if you are a bedroom player or don't care about the controls. save some money and just buy the GCB95. to me, the Tread-Light is just the GCB95's big brother. I personally rank it a 7/10

I liked the look and design of the pedal. I was able to use it for only 2 minutes. After a half dozen clicks, the engage switch stopped working. Probably cheap switch for cost cutting. I will not be trying another fender wah.

全体に一回りほど小さいサイズ感ですが、ペダル部は十分に大きいため、一般的なワウペダルと比べて違和感や踏みにくさは感じませんでした。何よりのON時のインジケータランプに加えてペダル裏が赤く光るのが最高に格好いいです！調整つまみ類も扱いやすく、好みの可変範囲や周波数帯への調整もしやすいです。ジャックとDCが上面なのはボード組み込みを検討されている方は注意してください。ワウは定番商品の人気が強いジャンルで、なおかつfenderのエフェクターはなぜか日本国内ではあまり評価されておらず、とても残念に思っていますがこの一品は流れを大きく変え得る製品だと思います。
