Did my nails too
It looks cool, drys fast, used it on a laptop where I added liquid metal and some homemade barriers, hopefully nothing spills over, it's been over a month so far so good. Did my feet with it too so now I never get cold in the winter or hot in the summer, so the thermal part definitely checks out.

Liquid thermal paste non conductive.
I delidded my i9 13900ks CPU an applied this paste to the components along the edges of the CPU to protect them from liquid metal which I will be using on my CPU die, and underneath the heat spreader as well as on top of the heat spreader and under the CPU Cooler. As you may know liquid metal is a conductive liquid material that can wreak havoc with CPUs in general if too much is applied and ventures towards the components on the CPU, itself. This paste will encapsulate any components and protect them from the liquid metal shorting them out.

It’s great - even though
My uncle saw this sitting on my workbench. And even though I told him it was conformal coating and not ruby red nail polish, he pat me on the shoulder and winked and said not to worry, and my secret is safe. He even air quotes when he says “conformal coating”. I don’t know what he’s insinuating. But the Christmas present he told me not to open until the rest the of the family wasn’t around ended up being stilettos that matched the color. His behavior is starting to annoy me.

So this is awesome
I accidentally short-circuited my steam deck OLED because I wanted to use the best thermal paste for it, which is a metal conductive paste the only issue with the metal conducted paste is it does not stick to the CPU it goes everywhere and unfortunately, I did not have this to cover the motherboard so it’s short-circuited My steam deck outlet but now that I have this, I can protect my motherboard from that ever happening again.

Not cheap but gets the job done
Not cheap considering the amount you have to use each time but it will help place liquid metal without messing up from any accidental "spills".It's easy to apply and I don't know if it can be removed but I just leave it there which is probably better. I'm no expert.

Considered hazmat
Should work! But, yeah, it's basically red nail polish, but i believe it has properties that make it just what it claims!

Always use protection
If you're applying liquid metal, you need to insulate any exposed components near the point of application. TG shield is great for this - goes on easy, cures fast and has a bright color so you know if you've applied it over something you shouldn't have. I've had in on a few computers for over a year now and it hasn't degraded.

Dedicated conformal. To high priced
Si bien es un compuesto que definitivamente está orientado a protección de circuitos electrónicos a ser sometidos a alta temperatura. Aun así resulta ser demasiado caro para la poca cantidad.
