Mini Hot Towel Steamer Kit - Towel Warmer

Worked great since I purchased in the beginning of August 2016. It should not die like it did last week. That's not even 6 months! There is no way to contact the seller and the return window closed within a month of purchase. I do not recommend.

I tested this awesome tool out on Sunday and it was phenomenal. Towels stay hot long after it is off. I wet mine first and squeezed the excess water out, folded them as directed and placed them in the towel chamber, put the timer on, and wa la, towels were perfectly steamed.

The actual base of he product works great. I fill it with water, moisten my towels (otherwise they will warm but won't stay hot), wet the timer for 30 minutes and by the end of their haircut the towels are scorthing hot for the shave. You gotta play hot potatoe for a minute or two to get them cooled down enough for placing on the skin for a prolonged period but once they cool past a certain point the head drops off very quickly. No fault of the product that's just how towels work....they hold a hi heat for a bit, then once they cook beyond a certain point their temperature drops pretty quick.My issue is with the receptacle that holds the towels...as stated by others....it's been maybe 4 months and the thing is cracked to all hell. Never been dropped or abused.....but it formed cracks like I smashed it with a hammer. Pretty unacceptable if you ask me. I'm a barber and rely on this daily and how I have a great base unit with no container.

Purchased two in 30 days, both don't work!!!! The 2nd one purchased worked for less than 1 week.

I am a massage therapist and I use this on my clients feet during heated stone massage. The towels get very hot, and I usually moisten them slightly with a spray bottle before rolling them up and placing them inside the steamer. I use my own large hand towels instead of the small and long black towels that came with it. I can fit three large hand towels inside. Works great! Easy to use! I will say that now that I have used it for about six months that I am looking to upgrade to something bigger. The only draw back I had with this device is that during massage you could hear it making soft boiling noises. Still a great product if you need something small and functional!

It was a gift. They seem to love it.
