Q: How do you get the rubber handle on, it's impossible to fit on the aluminum?

You don't. You send this product right back where it came from and look for a different kind. Obnoxiously cheap and illogical design. Running water will help you mount the handle onto the rod. However, there's nothing you can do to prevent the foam handle from rubbing against the hard plastic wheel. After just a few uses the soft handles will be frayed and degraded on both ends and the wheel will be wobbling on the rod

Q: How do you slide the grip on to assemble? It won’t budge on the center post!

Don’t do the 1/2 inch at a time. That will take forever. Take a very small dab of kitchen oil (I used olive) and create a light oil film on the post. The grip will slide on in seconds with little effort. Do not use too much oil, otherwise it may leak and not stay on. It really doesn’t take much.

Q: Does it have a weight limit?

It does not have a weight limit and if you have any problem you can contact support@n1fit.us The weight is distributed around the surface.

Q: Does it come with a knee pad?
