BEAR GRIPPremium 7mm Knee Sleeves (Pairs) - XXL

I purchased these supports as I’d sprained a knee; having worn for a few days the heat and support provided has done the trick. Straight out of the packet I could tell they have been designed for people who have some muscle on their legs! They fit perfectly and accurate to the sizing chart, feel comfortable, look stylish, don’t make your legs sweat and importantly for me, are easy to get off. Other supports I have used pull on and snap into place but are then really difficult to get off past the calf muscle. The Bear Grips can be rolled down and off with a little effort but nowhere near the struggle experienced with my old supports. The price was good for a pair too. Top marks.

I use these in my weightlifting practice especially when I squat. I'm much more confident and can lift more, knowing I'm not damaging them.

I was having a few niggles on certain exercises regarding my knees. I work in an office and like to run, so sometimes as a result when I'm weight training, my knees can be a little stiff and take a while to warm up. This was causing some discomfort, so I bit the bullet and decided to try some sleeves. I purchased the bear grips brand as I already used their wrist straps which I have found very good, so thought I try their sleeves. So far, no discomfort, they keep your knees incredibly warm, they are tight, I ordered the extra small and probably could do with a small, but that's not a biggy. I definitely improved on certain lifts, plus the fact it kept my knees warmer when I took them off, I didn't feel they seized up as quickly after. If your having any knee issues, certainly worth a try.

I’m not sure if I should go ahead and try a different brand now that after ordering the same product three times in the last few years and being one of the first customers with bear grips ordering full range since 2013 seems to be the quality is just not the same as it used to be. My first pair lasted five years. And now two pairs since last year.. 😒
