Only used this new battery twice, and the charger says that it has charging issues already.Will only accept half charge. (2 indicator lights)Battery that came with original tool hasn't had any issues, over one year old.I NOW HAVE 2 BAD BATTERIES 2/9/25I will contact seller.

I purchased the Toro 22 inch mower with one of these batteries and an additional battery in Feb 2023 from Amazon thinking that would more than get the job done. It was adequate the first year. But, it does not last.This battery for $319.95 times two and I can't finish my 1/8 acre lot with three charges on these things. This whole battery thing is such a rip off.The batteries do fully charge to capacity and they provide very fine power for cutting the grass. They just don't provide the power as advertised to cut 1/4 acre.I should have just purchased a gas powered mower as now I have a pile of junk for the landfill.I would like to also write a review on that mower but as I purchased it elsewhere, Amazon won't let me review and says due to unusual activity on this product. Yeah, like people have been cheated and they don't want yet more reviews on a big company's product. Total I spent 1300 bucks and can't finish cutting grass at one go with two batteries.

Excellent battery life. Never gets hot.

Have had the item for a few months and it has been a good product. I am not entirely certain why you could not have shipped the item faster when you are forcing the customer to pay so much for it.

I was apprehensive about ordering this battery for awhile because of so many negative reviews. But after almost five years with only one battery I finely bought another. The new battery works like the original and I have no issues with it.

Purchased as a spare for my mower. When I got the battery it would not charge on the charger with a flashing red light. I had something similar on an overheated battery so I let everything cool for a couple days but it didn't solve the problem. I was about to give up and try to return it, but i did some googling and found a way to use 2 batteries wired together to jumpstart the dead one (see youtube - do at your own risk). It took 2 tries (60 seconds total charging) and the battery was able to charge again. It sounds like if they get too low they don't talk to the charger properly. Hopefully it continues to work, but the solution is not for everyone.

The battery performs as expected. Capacity was great. Purchased as a 2nd battery for my mower as the lot is too big for a single battery.
