Great grips
These grips fit the SP101 as described. They are very grippy and they dampen recoil with full power and heavy/extra heavy loads. They are grippy on clothing as well so if you put these on an edc , realize that they will grip onto a shirt that youre concealing with. If like me, you can live with that theyre comfortable grips

They fit a Taurus.
So I got these for my project. Just a run of the mill Taurus PT1911.Many people don't know this but Taurus 1911's grip is a little longer (front to back) than a standard 1911. So when you put standard grips on one, there's always a gap. You'll have to stretch these slightly, but they will fit your Taurus .Anyway, I've always wanted a fatter grip on my pistol since I've always thought the 1911 grip was a bit too narrow, and a rubber one (I just think it's more comfortable) when I came across these. The reviews didn't lie, these are super comfortable and give that extra grip thickness. The rubber is soft and feels a little squishy in the hand, but not too squishy. The texture is nice and gives a secure grip with both hands. There's little finger groves in the front (I didn't like the large finger groves of the original Pachmyers) to give a more secure grip. These are fantastic grips. Very pleased with my purchase.

Good quality
These are made well and I like the fact they fit the hand (at least mine) and are soft but tough to absorb recoil.

Better than stock, recommended for 357
Much improved over the stock grip. I recommend this for 357 users but like the rosewood model for 38 for appearance.

this the best grip(s) that will help to tame the recoil of ...
Hands down, this is the best grip(s) that will help tame the recoil of the .357Magnum cartridge (when shooting a Ruger SP101). I love shooting .357 Magnum loads in various older and newer revolvers. However, it was not an enjoyable experience out of the Ruger SP101 with a 2.25" barrel (which I knew in this configuration; a short barrel and small-framed 5-shot DA/SA .357Magnum Revolver). Moreover, I didn't plan on regularly shooting .357Magnum out of my SP101 (largely a steady diet of .38SPL+P instead). But, I decided to try it out and the first time I shot .357Magnum out of my Ruger SP101 (with a 2.25" barrel) it was a painful experience to say the least. The heavy recoil (which I knew was coming with the factory Ruger Rubber grips with wood inserts) actually caused a cut on the inside top-web portion of my dominant shooting hand (I tend to grip high on the grip-frame for better control, etc. on a revolver). Needless to say, I didn't shoot another .357Magnum cartridge out of my SP101 (until I took a chance on these Pachmayr Diamond Pro grips). I was pleasantly surprised how it tamed .357Mag 158 gr loads while at a local shooting range. Don't get me wrong, NO grips will eradicate the recoil of the .357Magnum cartridge in this platform (Ruger SP101). However, what they do is make the recoil largely manageable and less painless to shoot; when now enjoying the stout .357Mag cartridge out of the Ruger SP101. I've now managed to successfully train with 125 gr, 135 gr, and 158 gr on bi-weekly outings at the range. I can comfortably shoot .357 mag loads on a regular basis for self-defense scenario/training (as well as .38SPL+P; a breeze walk in the park with the Diamond Pro Grips). Would you want to shoot 500 rounds in one outing at the range? No. But, 2-3 boxes of 50 (.357Mag) are no problem! These grips are that good; even bought a set for a Smith model 60-9 (in a similar configuration as the SP101). Will they win a beauty contest? No. :) But, these are for comfort and they will suit anyone looking to change the dynamics (training for all sorts of situations/cartridges) of your SP101. I've got nicer revolvers with fancy wood grips/and Tyler-T Grips that I'll enjoy on minimal outings. But, I can now comfortably carry a Ruger SP101 with stout .357Mag loads with a smile on face (they ain't for show, these are for comfort and managing recoil).

Gun Grip
This fits a gun my husband has. Well made. Fits perfectly. Reduces recoil. Good hand grip.

No Instruction
I have the Ruger SP101 and the package came with incomplete instructions. On the back of the label it states remove factory grips. Slide the Diamond grip onto the frame and tighten in place using the factory grip screw. The hole on the Diamond grip is too big for screw. I saw another one of these and there were paper inside of the package with instructions. Nothing inside this one. I ordered a replacement to see if it would work. If not I will tryanother brand. I tried Youtube and couldn't find any answers.I exchanged for another one and it works ok in my hands. I called ruger because of a trigger problem and I was told they use this one to test out the SP101. I like both this one and the Hogue. The Hogue have more pronounced finger grooves and is slimmer. I decided to keep both. I dried fired with the Hogue a lot, slide it in the Superfly and the sticky holster and they were smooth. My first review was a one star because of the missing instructions. AMAZON replaced it. I have always got good service from them. I decided to use the Hogue for security and this one to practice at the range since it is wider. Both easy on and off. I hope I have helped someone.
