Unfortunately this battery did not fit my laptop computer and as a result of this I had to return it. So I cannot rate this battery.

Failed after a couple of weeks Chinese crap by genuine HP.

Arrived on time and is as ordered.

This was supposed to replace the existing unit from my rather ancient laptop. Problem was, it didn't work.I'd ask for a refund, but my past experience with Amazon and refunds, or trying to resolve problems, is less that satisfactory. So a total loss and one very unhappy customer.

It worked for 2 days and now won't hold charge, very disappointed

The last time I purchased a laptop battery, it cost half the price of the laptop. This was less than 20 quid!Wife's old laptop with all our photos from a decade ago brought back to life. Very pleased.
